Cold lay Macadam Tarmac 25kg is supplied in a plastic packaging and is a cost effective solution for dealing with pot holes, driveway, footpaths and creating temporary ramps – there are no specialist tools required for using this product. It is ready to use straight out of the bag, no additional products required.
If the pot hole or required tarmac is going to be deeper than 30mm, it is advised you lay it in 2 stages, ensure the first layer is compact tightly before laying a second layer on top.
Please avoid using this item outside when the temperature is below 50c or if there has been recent heavy rain. Once the cold lay macadam is laid, it is advised that a little dust or dry sand is brushed over the top to help prevent fresh material lifting whilst it sets.
One bag will usually cover 0.4m2 at 30mm depth. Use a heavy flat object to help compact the cold lay macadam.

Please anticipate that all deliveries will be made on an 18-Tonne Hi-Ab Vehicle – in some circumstances and on smaller orders we may send a smaller vehicle if the orderded products allow this.

Delivery vehicles can offload kerbside in to gardens or on to driveways, vehicles can also drive on private land if permission is granted by the land owner.
